**Shipping Notice: Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 situation, there are very strict lockdown restrictions in place in Germany and many other countries, which means we are expecting shipping delays.**
We understand how frustrating this may be, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We promise to ship your order out as soon as we can! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out through our contact form.
Do you ship to every country?
We ship to most countries in the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping, based on international agreements and shipping restrictions. Please check during the checkout process if your country and region is available.
I don't have Dollars, can I still make an order?
Yes, you can pay in your country's currency! The payment will be converted automatically without any extra costs.
Why is the order period only two weeks long?
To offer you the best possible quality we decided not to use a merchandise solution company but source all the clothes ourselves. As we don’t know how many orders to expect, the amount of orders might exceed the pieces we currently have in stock. To ensure that we have enough pieces available for everyone interested, we gather orders for the two weeks and will ask our supplier to get us the amount of products that exceed our own stock, so we can start printing the remaining orders afterwards. This is as of now the only way for us to offer as many colors and sizes as we do.
Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are screen printed, packed in and shipped from Germany. Orders will be shipped out after the end of the two weeks order period. Once we have finished gathering all the orders, they will be printed and sent out to you. Depending on your location and the total amount of orders we receive, there can be delivery delays.
Can you explain shipping costs?
Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. What you pay for shipping your order is based on its weight and final destination. We try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible for you.
How much is shipping to my country?
Germany:

EU countries:
USD 9.99 Total weight < 0.5 kg (e.g. 1 T-Shirt)
USD 14.99 0.5kg < Total weight < 1.0 kg (e.g. 1 Hoodie)
USD 29.99 Total weight > 1.0 kg (e.g. 2 Hoodies)
Rest of world:
USD 9.99 Total weight < 0.5 kg (e.g. 1 T-Shirt)
USD 14.99 0.5kg < Total weight < 1.0 kg (e.g. 1 Hoodie)
USD 27.99 Total weight > 1.0 kg (e.g. 2 Hoodies)
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes, VAT)?
There can be additional costs due upon delivery for non-EU orders. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should there be additional fees at the door, they are your responsibility to pay. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund for your order, less the original shipping cost, plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!
How is the quality of the pieces guaranteed?
Each piece of clothing is screen printed by hand and checked for any flaws before and after. The screen printing method allows for more vibrant colors and more resilience when being washed.
How do I wash the pieces?
Please find the washing instructions on the washing labels that are attached to every piece. We recommend to wash the pieces at 30°C.
